LogicLinxTech provides AI-powered business automation services including workflow automation, data analysis, website and app development, AI chatbots, AI voice agents, and custom tech solutions. The scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for specific engagements are defined in separate project agreements or statements of work executed between LogicLinxTech and the client.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use our services in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations; to transmit unsolicited or unauthorized advertising material; to impersonate any person or entity; or to engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the services.
All content, branding, software, and materials on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — are the property of LogicLinxTech and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Upon full payment for a project, clients receive a license to use the deliverables as agreed in the project contract. LogicLinxTech retains ownership of all underlying frameworks, tools, and proprietary systems used in delivery.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access to systems required for project delivery. Delays caused by a client's failure to provide required materials or approvals may affect project timelines and are not the responsibility of LogicLinxTech. Clients are solely responsible for ensuring their use of delivered solutions complies with all applicable laws.
Payment terms for services are outlined in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 14 days of issuance. LogicLinxTech reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for accounts with outstanding balances. All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of an engagement. LogicLinxTech will not disclose client data or business information to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LogicLinxTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities — arising out of or in connection with our services. Our total liability to any client for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client in the three months preceding the claim.
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Our solutions may integrate with or rely on third-party platforms, APIs, or tools (such as OpenAI, Zapier, or cloud providers). LogicLinxTech is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services. Any issues arising from third-party platforms are subject to those providers' own terms and conditions.
Either party may terminate a service engagement by providing written notice as specified in the relevant project agreement. LogicLinxTech reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to its services immediately if a client violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful conduct. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which LogicLinxTech operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
LogicLinxTech reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
